What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay! You can also load a laundry card at the payment kiosk at the front of the store.
Can I leave the store while using your machines?
Yes! Feel free to run a quick errand, grab a coffee, go home and feed the dog — whatever you have to do.
Can I buy detergent in-store? Can I use any kind of detergent?
Yes, we have a selection of detergent and other laundry supplies available for purchase in-store. Any kind of high-efficiency detergent works in our machines!
How long will it take me to wash a load?
We’re glad you asked! It varies based on size and setting, but average wash times range from 20 to 35 minutes. In general, the time it takes for a full wash and dry cycle is between 40 and 50 minutes.
What size loads can you accomodate?
We have a range of machines available to accomodate smaller and larger loads. For washing, we can accomodate up to 80 pounds per load and for drying we can accomodate up to 75 pounds.
Are pets allowed?
While we are happy for you to wash your pet-related items, we unfortunately cannot accomodate pets themselves.
